Payment

Accepted Answer

All prices are in Euros and include all taxes.
Rental fees are payable at collection by credit card or cash. We do not accept cheques.

Question 2

Insurance

Accepted Answer

Full Insurance is included in the rates with excess varying according to the vehicle type.
Extra insurance can be purchased to reduce the excess.
Not included:
﻿Damage to the tyres, windscreen and oil sump.
﻿Personal items lost or damaged in the event of theft.
﻿There is no insurance cover in areas occupied by Turkish troops.

Question 3

Driver's Requirements

The driver must be between 25 to 75 years of age for all categories and must have a valid driving license with a minimum 3 years experience.

Question 4

Collection and Delivery

Accepted Answer

We can deliver/collect within the Limassol  district. Extra charge depending on delivery/collection location.  
Clients can collect and return the cars at the airports of Larnaca and Paphos. Extra charge applies for out of office hours.  
The client must return the vehicle back to the place on the date and time shown in the rental agreement.  
The vehicle should be in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the rental period.  
Any further delay will be charged accordingly.

Mileage

CyproRentals is operating an unlimited mileage policy.

Question 6

Rental Extension

Accepted Answer

If the client wishes to extend the rental period, has to inform CyproRentals via telephone at least 48 hours before the rental period ends.

Question 7

Additional Driver

Accepted Answer

Each vehicle is rented to a specific driver.
If the client wishes to add one or more drivers they may do so on an extra charge.

Optional Extras

Child Seats and Booster seats are available on request only.

Question 9

Fuel

Accepted Answer

Return the vehicle with the same level of fuel or use our refueling service (price communicated at pick-up). Excess fuel is not refundable.

Use of Vehicle

Accepted Answer

The client is responsible for all parking and traffic violations during the rental period.
﻿﻿Usage of the vehicle for any illegal purpose, race, contest is not allowed.
﻿﻿Towing or pushing other vehicles is not allowed
﻿﻿Carrying more passengers than the car allowance is against the law.
﻿﻿It is not allowed to use the vehicle when it is damaged.
﻿﻿Driver must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medicine affecting the ability to drive.
﻿﻿The client is obligate to pay for any damages to the vehicle that are not covered from the insurance. The client is also fully responsible for damages caused by negligence e.g. driving off-road or driving carelessly.
